They want your brains!

So I was checking out the recent posting on Weirdo Wearing a Mask and I was thrilled to hear the exciting news that AMC is ordering a pilot for the comic series “The Walking Dead”

This is a great comic book that I highly recommend to horror fans. Even if you’re not a big comic book fan, you’re likely to get into this series. I personally prefer to buy them in the collectible Books (not to be confused with the Issues, Volumes, or the recently released Compendium.) It can get a bit confusing so here’s a quick breakdown…

* Each Compendium has 4 Books
* Each Book has 2 Volumes
* Each Volume has 6 Issues

Book 1 contains Volumes 1 & 2 (or Issues 01-12)
Book 2 contains Volumes 3 & 4 (or Issues 13-24)
Book 3 contains Volumes 5 & 6 (or Issues 25-36)
Book 4 contains Volumes 7 & 8 (or Issues 37-48)
Book 5 (not released yet)

This is great news for the horror community! Kudos to AMC for taking a chance on this project! Stay tuned…
